"Wiki" is a shorter form of Wiki Wiki (weekie weekie) from the native language of Hawaii. It is commonly used as an adjective to mean something "quick" or "fast". "Wiki" can be pronounced either as "wee-key" (as it sounds in Hawaiian) or alternatively as "wi-key."
